Configuration comes before localisation

We work on Mercedes-Benz EQB and EQS electronics, including diagnosis, regional configuration and replacement-component adaptation. For imported cars, we identify the original market, hardware revisions and previous changes first. Localisation can mean language, multimedia, navigation or regional settings in individual modules. We agree the functions explicitly so that the owner’s expectations match the hardware’s capabilities.

Headlight adaptation and verification

Headlight replacement requires matching part numbers, lighting type and control units. Software adaptation cannot turn an unsuitable headlight into the correct part for another market. Configuration is followed by the relevant lighting checks and any required adjustment or calibration. We also diagnose Mercedes batteries, first distinguishing the low-voltage system from the traction battery. The photographs here show an EQB; EQS work is assessed for the individual car.
