Reading the BYD Tang photograph

The photograph shows an opened battery and a diagnostic tool set to BYD Tang EV. Its displayed voltage difference is 0.073 V, or 73 mV, at that measurement point. This is an observation from the image, not a final diagnosis or a repair result. Interpretation needs the measurement conditions and other parameters. One number cannot establish a failed cell or remaining capacity. A useful report separates recorded values from conclusions supported by testing.

Work from the actual battery version

We diagnose and repair BYD and Zeekr batteries. Construction, electronics and procedures vary, so experience with one vehicle cannot replace identifying another. Battery markings and damage or repair history inform the plan. Opening a high-voltage battery is specialist work. Owners can start by supplying symptoms and a diagnostic report. The image here belongs to the BYD Tang; a Zeekr example will be documented separately.
